When I did WW, I had to change up my points every day because my body got into a rut and it knew every day that I was going to have the same amount of calories. I researched it and found the Wendy plan meant for weight watchers. I would alternate really low point days and and at least once a week I would eat a high point day (with the extra weekly points). This really helped me out a lot because my body never knew what to expect. Kind sounds like your popcorn and candy may have had a little bit of that effect. I also learned to not eat too many carbs or I wouldn't lose weight that day. Maybe it might help you out. Hang in there!
